TEREA and IQOS Delivery in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain: What to Expect
Quick answer: Yes, we deliver TEREA sticks and IQOS ILUMA i devices to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. An Abu Dhabi order usually gets to you within about 12 hours, so most of the time it’s the same day. You pay cash when the driver hands it over. We don’t sell HEETS, so you’ll need an ILUMA device for what we send.
Live in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain and wondering if a Dubai shop can really get TEREA to your door? It can. Below you’ll find how ordering from us works when you’re outside Dubai, how long it usually takes, and what to look at when the parcel turns up.
Do you deliver TEREA and IQOS to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain?
Yes, we do. Our shop is on 14th Street in Al Barsha First, Dubai, and that’s where every order gets packed. We don’t have a branch in Abu Dhabi. Your parcel goes out from Al Barsha and a driver brings it to your address.
You can order anything in our TEREA range. That’s more than 60 kinds of sticks, with editions from Japan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Italy and Switzerland. Devices are in our IQOS ILUMA i section, where you’ll find the ILUMA i ONE, ILUMA i and ILUMA i PRIME. We also stock BLENDS A for IQOS BONDS, if that’s what you use.
Buying your first ILUMA? Then add a few packs of TEREA to the same order. That way you can try the device the day it comes, and you don’t sit there waiting for a second delivery.
How fast can you get an order to Abu Dhabi?
Usually it’s there within about 12 hours. Order early in the day and it normally reaches you the same day. Al Ain gets the same estimate as Abu Dhabi city.
Bear in mind it’s a rough guide, and we can’t promise it. Bad traffic or weather can push it back. A late order too, or an address that’s off the usual routes. A wrong phone number slows things down as well, because the driver can’t find you. Our shipping policy covers all of this.
Here’s how Abu Dhabi compares with the rest of the country:
| Where you are | Usual delivery time | How you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai | Usually within the hour | Cash on delivery |
| Sharjah and Ajman | 1–2 hours | Cash on delivery |
| Abu Dhabi city and Al Ain | Usually within about 12 hours | Cash on delivery |
| Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain | Usually within about 12 hours | Cash on delivery |
You won’t see times for single neighbourhoods here. It changes from day to day, and we’d rather not guess. Need your order by a certain hour? Call us on +971 54 703 5056 before you order and ask. If we can’t make it, we’ll just say so.
What’s the easiest way to order from Abu Dhabi or Al Ain?
You can do the whole thing on your phone in a few minutes. Here’s what to do:
- Pick your sticks or device on our site and add them to the cart.
- At checkout, type your full street address. Put in the building or villa number, the area and the emirate. We can’t deliver to a PO box.
- Give us a UAE phone number you’ll actually answer. We may call you to check the order or the address.
- Pick cash on delivery. You’ll see the delivery charge for your address at checkout, before you hit confirm.
- An adult has to be there to take it, because these are age-restricted products.
Not sure what you’ll pay in the end? Our guide to the final cost of a TEREA order goes through the checkout line by line. Got a question first? Call or email us at [email protected] and we’ll help.
Can I get HEETS delivered to Abu Dhabi?
Not from us, sorry. We don’t sell HEETS at all, just TEREA and IQOS ILUMA i devices. If you still use an IQOS 3 DUO or another blade model, you’ll need to buy your HEETS from someone else.
Thinking about switching? Keep in mind that TEREA only works in the ILUMA family, and a HEETS stick won’t start in an ILUMA. Our TEREA vs HEETS compatibility guide explains why. Worried about losing a taste you like? Check our HEETS to TEREA flavour match. It shows which TEREA has the same name as your old HEETS, like Amber, Turquoise or Sienna.
The parcel’s here. What should I look at?
Don’t let the driver go straight away. Have a quick look at the box first. Any dents? Tears, or a damp patch? Next, count the cartons and read each label. Is it the edition you ordered? Country editions can look a lot alike, so don’t go by colour alone.
Something not right? Keep the box, note your order number and call us as soon as you can. In the hot months a parcel can feel warm after a long drive from Dubai. That doesn’t always mean a problem. Our page on damaged or heat-exposed TEREA cartons tells you what to look for and what to send us.
