Who we are
TEREA Dubai is an independent online retailer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer IQOS, TEREA, and related heated-tobacco and vape products for delivery across the UAE. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Philip Morris International, IQOS, or any other brand names referenced on this website.
Eligibility to purchase
Our products are restricted to customers aged 18 and over, in line with UAE regulations on the sale of tobacco and nicotine products. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We verify age using a valid government-issued ID, such as an Emirates ID or passport, at delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order if age cannot be confirmed.
Our nicotine and tobacco products are intended for adult smokers, not non-smokers. Nicotine is addictive.
Orders and payment
Website prices are listed in AED and may change without notice. We accept payment by card, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery, as shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If that happens, we will let you know and issue any refund due.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, and the wider UAE, with delivery times shown on our website. These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume.
