At Terea Dubal We recognize the importance of timely and dependable shipping. We prioritize shipping all orders within 24 hours of receiving them because of this.
For all orders placed within the United Arab Emirates that total more than 500 AED, we provide free shipping. A shipping fee of 30 AED will be charged for orders that are less than 500 AED.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your product has been shipped. Use this tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
Please be aware that we are not liable for any shipping carrier delays. Because we cannot deliver to PO boxes, please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order.

Use a complete street address
Enter the building or villa number, area, emirate, a reachable UAE phone number and any useful delivery notes. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
If the address or phone number is incorrect, dispatch may be delayed until we can confirm the correct details.
Check before accepting the parcel
Please check the parcel condition and product count on arrival. If anything appears damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly and keep the packaging and order details.

How much does delivery cost?
Eligible orders over AED 400 qualify for free UAE shipping. For smaller orders, the available delivery method and fee are calculated at checkout based on the address.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Dubai?
Fast local delivery may be available in Dubai, and selected addresses may receive an estimated 1–2 hour option. Availability depends on stock, location, order time, traffic and courier capacity.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. We serve eligible addresses across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Some areas can require additional time.
Can you deliver to a PO box?
No. A complete physical delivery address and reachable phone number are required so the courier can hand over the order safely.
How can I track my order?
When tracking or driver updates are available, they are sent using the email address or phone number supplied at checkout. You can also contact our support team with your order number.
What if my order is delayed?
Check your messages for an update, then contact us with your order number. We will review the order status and help coordinate the next available delivery update.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only before dispatch and when the new location is within the available service area.
