Which IQOS ILUMA i Limited Editions Can You Buy in Dubai?
Quick answer: Right now we list five limited editions in Dubai: ILUMA i ONE REMIX, ILUMA i Standard REMIX, ILUMA i PRIME REMIX, PRIME Together X and Standard Galaxy Blue. Each one is a special look on a normal ILUMA i model. They all take the same TEREA sticks. Stock can change quickly.
Colour is the whole point of these devices. But the name on the box can be confusing, and it isn’t always clear which device sits underneath the paint. So let’s sort that out.
Which limited editions are in stock now?
All five were showing in stock when we checked on 7 November 2026. That can change, and once an edition sells out we can’t say whether it’ll return. Look at the product page before you decide.

“Standard” is just our word for the plain ILUMA i. IQOS itself drops the word, so you may see the same device called “ILUMA i REMIX” elsewhere. Don’t let that throw you.

What is the REMIX edition?
REMIX is a series, not one device. IQOS announced it in Japan in June 2026 in three versions: ONE, the standard ILUMA i and PRIME. So you pick the model you want, then you get it in the REMIX finish.
The finish is the fun part. It’s iridescent on the PRIME, which means the colour moves a little when you turn it in the light. Our photos show the real stock, and each of the three looks different.
The ONE goes silver to turquoise. It has a purple cap and a yellow button, so it’s easy to spot on a table. The Standard has a turquoise charger with a purple-pink front. The PRIME is the quietest of them, and IQOS calls its shade Remix Silver.
Even the PRIME’s box has a story. It’s styled after the flight cases bands take on tour. Nice touch, though you’ll probably keep it on a shelf.
What is ILUMA i PRIME Together X?
It’s an ILUMA i PRIME with a bold wrap. The pocket charger has a textured navy cover with blue, purple and pink stripes. A big white X runs across it. The frame and the holder are a soft ice blue.
We should be upfront here. We couldn’t find an official IQOS page describing this edition, so that description comes from the unit in our own photos. What we can say is that it’s sold as a PRIME, and it has the PRIME’s features. You’re buying it for the look.
And Galaxy Blue? That’s a limited colour for the standard ILUMA i. We haven’t seen a matching ONE or PRIME. Want a one-piece device or a PRIME in that blue? It isn’t on our shelf, so have a look at REMIX instead.
Does a limited edition work differently?
No. The outside changes and the inside doesn’t. You won’t get a new heating system or a bigger battery because of the name on the box.
What you do get depends on the model underneath. That’s why we’d choose the model first and the colour second:
- ILUMA i ONE: one piece, with the holder and charger in a single body. It gives you 20 uses in a row on a charge.
- ILUMA i: a separate holder and pocket charger. It has a touch screen and Pause Mode, plus up to 3 uses in a row.
- ILUMA i PRIME: the same features as the ILUMA i in the top model of the range. IQOS calls it “our most refined”.

Is a limited edition a newer IQOS model?
No, it isn’t a new generation. That’s an easy mix-up to make when you’re searching for the latest IQOS. A fresh finish can look like a fresh device.
The IQOS UAE site lists three current ILUMA i devices: the ILUMA i, the PRIME and the ONE. New colours join that range from time to time. Electric Purple was marked as new there when we checked. It’s a regular colour, not one of these five.
So what’s the real choice? If you don’t care much about looks, a regular colour gets you the same device. If you like having something a little different in your pocket, that’s where these come in. It won’t change how your TEREA tastes, either.
So which one should you pick?
Start with how you use it. Here are the questions we’d ask you if you called us:
- Do you want one piece or two? One piece points to the ONE. A holder with a charger points to the ILUMA i or the PRIME.
- Do you often use several sticks in a row? The ONE keeps going for 20. The other two stop at 3 before the holder goes back in its charger.
- Do you want Pause Mode? Then skip the ONE.
- Now pick the finish you like. Open the product photo and look closely, because screens can shift a colour a bit.

Common questions
Are IQOS limited editions different inside?
No. A limited edition works like the model it’s based on. A PRIME REMIX does what any other ILUMA i PRIME does. The difference is in the design, and you don’t get extra features.
Do limited editions use the same TEREA sticks?
Yes. They take the same TEREA sticks as every ILUMA i device, also called SMARTCORE STICKS. HEETS won’t work. If you’re new to them, here’s how to use a TEREA stick. Older IQOS devices can’t take them either, since that may cause damage.
Which model is the Galaxy Blue edition?
It’s the standard ILUMA i, with a separate holder and pocket charger. It’s not a ONE or a PRIME. Only the finish sets it apart from the regular colours.
