Can You Get TEREA and IQOS Delivered the Same Day in Dubai?
Quick answer: Yes. In Dubai we usually get TEREA and IQOS to you in under an hour. Sharjah and Ajman take 1 to 2 hours. Other emirates usually get theirs within about 12 hours. Cash on delivery works in every emirate.
“Can it come today?” We hear that a lot on the phone. Fair enough. Running out of sticks is no fun. Here’s how it works with us.
How fast is delivery in Dubai?
In Dubai, an order usually arrives within the hour. That goes for TEREA cartons and for IQOS ILUMA i devices alike.
We work as an online shop. Once an order comes in, we check it, pack it and send it out with a rider. You don’t wait for a parcel to come from abroad.
Outside Dubai it takes a little longer, purely because of the drive. Here’s the rough picture.

These are usual times, not promises. Most days they hold. Now and then a delivery runs late, and we explain why further down.

When can you order?
The website takes orders day and night. Our team works every day from 9:00 to 22:30. On Wednesdays we close earlier, at 20:30.
So the quick Dubai delivery applies to orders that come in while we’re open. Order at two in the morning and it’s handled when we start again at 9:00. Close to closing time? Call us first on +971 54 703 5056.
A small tip from the shop side. Don’t leave it to your very last pack. Order when you open your second to last one. Then a slow day on the road won’t leave you without sticks.
How does cash on delivery work?
You pay the rider when the order arrives. Nothing is charged online first.
Cash on delivery is open in every emirate we deliver to. Pick cash on delivery at checkout. That’s all. Check the box when it comes, then pay.
Look before you pay. Is it the right flavour? The right edition? Are the cartons sealed? Wrong item? Tell the rider and ring us.

What happens after you place an order?
It’s a short process. Here’s how an order normally goes, start to finish.
- Find what you want on the site. Sticks, a device, or both.
- Fill in where you are and a number we can call you on.
- Tick cash on delivery and send the order in.
- We check the order, pack it and send it out with a rider.
- The rider brings it to your door. You look it over, then pay.
That’s really all there is to it. Nothing is paid up front.

What can slow a delivery down?
Most late orders come down to the address, the phone or the road. Very rarely is it the stock.
- An unclear address. Riders can lose time looking for the right tower. So put in your building name and flat number, plus something nearby they can spot.
- A phone nobody answers. Give a number you’ll pick up. A wrong number holds things up.
- Rush hour and bad weather. Sheikh Zayed Road at six in the evening is not quick for anyone. Rain slows things down too.
- Ordering near closing time. An order that lands just before we close may go out the next morning.
- An item that just sold out. Popular flavours can run out. If yours does, we’ll call you.
Get the first two right and most of the delays go away.
What can you get delivered?
Everything in the shop goes out the same way. That’s TEREA sticks, IQOS ILUMA i devices and BLENDS A for IQOS BONDS.
We carry more than 60 TEREA sticks. They come from Japan, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Italy and Switzerland. A few examples from the range right now:

Can I get TEREA delivered today in Dubai?
Yes. In Dubai it usually takes less than an hour. We’re around from 9:00 till 22:30, but on Wednesday it’s only till 20:30.
Do you deliver IQOS devices the same day?
Yes. IQOS ILUMA i devices go out the same way as TEREA. In Dubai that’s usually within the hour. Sharjah and Ajman take 1 to 2 hours.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, in every emirate. You pay the rider when your order arrives. Just check what’s inside first.
Do you deliver at the weekend?
Yes. We’re open every day of the week, Friday to Sunday included. Only Wednesday is shorter, when we close at 20:30.
Can I order TEREA online late at night?
You can. The site never closes. Anything that comes in after 22:30 goes out when we open again at 9:00.
How long does delivery to Sharjah or Ajman take?
It’s normally 1 to 2 hours there. Other emirates, Abu Dhabi too, take about 12 hours. Cash on delivery works there too.
