TEREA Teak
TEREA Teak is a plain tobacco stick for IQOS ILUMA, and one of the easier ones to get along with. Toasted tobacco, a soft creamy feel, and a faint nutty note at the end. There’s no menthol and no capsule, so there’s nothing to press.
We keep the Italy and Switzerland editions at the shop in Al Barsha. A Dubai order normally arrives in about an hour.

What does TEREA Teak taste like?
Philip Morris describe it as a toasted tobacco blend with creamy and nutty aroma notes, and that’s about right. Tobacco comes first, and it’s the softer side of tobacco, creamy rather than woody. The nutty part is gentle.
Don’t go looking for fruit or a cold hit, because neither is in there. For that, try the menthol and mint page, or the Pearl range if you like having a capsule to press.
Teak, Amber or Sienna?
People compare these three all the time, since all of them are plain tobacco with nothing added. Going by Philip Morris’s own wording, Amber is toasted with woody and nutty notes. Sienna is toasted with woody notes and a light tea aroma. Teak is toasted with creamy and nutty notes. So the split is wood against cream.
If Amber or Sienna tastes a bit dry to you, give Teak a try. Want something fuller and warmer instead? Bronze has cocoa and dried fruit in the aroma.
Italy or Switzerland?
Both are Teak. They’re packed for different countries, so the boxes look different, and the two listings don’t sell the same quantity, so read the one you pick before you order. Already bought one and liked it? Get that one again. If you haven’t, either will do. The rest of the Italian range is on the Italy page, and the Swiss range is on the Switzerland page.
Teak or the Japanese Regular sticks?
Japan makes its own tobacco sticks: Balanced, Smooth and Ruby Regular. They have a page of their own, TEREA Regular. Smooth Regular is the nearest to Teak, rounded roasted tobacco, but with a light woody, tea-like finish.
Which IQOS will it fit?
Any ILUMA or ILUMA i, Prime and One included. An IQOS 3 DUO or ORIGINALS won’t take it. Those heat with a blade, and a TEREA stick has its own metal strip, so please don’t push one in. Not sure what you have? Send us a message on the contact page, or look through the IQOS devices.
