IQOS ILUMA i PRIME REMIX Limited Edition

The IQOS ILUMA i PRIME REMIX Limited Edition is the PRIME you already know, dressed in a colour IQOS calls Remix Silver. In our photo you can see the slim holder going from turquoise at the top to silver at the base, and the pocket charger with its iridescent front panel. Turn it in the light and the colour moves a little. That’s the whole idea of this edition.

What makes the PRIME REMIX different?

Only the look. IQOS describes brushed metal mixed with a glowing turquoise, and an iridescent finish that changes as the light hits it. Even the box is styled after the flight cases bands take on tour. Inside, it’s a normal ILUMA i PRIME, so don’t expect a new heating system or a bigger battery because of the REMIX name.

IQOS announced the REMIX series in Japan in June 2026 in three versions: PRIME, the standard ILUMA i and the ILUMA i ONE. The PRIME is the premium one of the three.

What can the ILUMA i PRIME do?

There’s a Touch Screen on the device, so you can check and change things without guessing from a light. Pause Mode lets you stop a session for up to eight minutes, but you have to pause within the first three minutes. When you use Pause, the holder gives you two sessions in a row, and only one of them can be paused.

FlexPuff can add up to four extra puffs, depending on how you puff. It’s not a fixed number, and it doesn’t switch on if you’ve used Pause. FlexBattery lets you pick how the battery works, and in the right mode the holder manages up to three uses back to back before it goes back in the charger.

What’s in the box, and how big is it?

You get the PRIME holder, the PRIME pocket charger in the REMIX finish and a charging cable. And the size? The holder’s 101 mm long and weighs 30.5 g. We’d call the charger pocket-sized: about 11.7 cm by 4.5 cm, a bit over 2 cm thick, and 141 g.

PRIME REMIX, Standard REMIX or ONE REMIX?

We stock all three, so here’s the honest short version. The ILUMA i ONE REMIX is a single all-in-one device, small and simple. The ILUMA i Standard REMIX has a separate holder and charger, like this one. The PRIME REMIX adds the premium PRIME charger with its metal finish. If you want the premium piece of the set, it’s this one.

Still not sure? Our ILUMA i ONE vs Standard vs PRIME guide goes through the differences properly.

Which sticks work with it?

TEREA only. The ILUMA i family heats from inside the stick by induction, and that only works with TEREA, which has a small metal strip sealed in. HEETS were made for the older blade devices like the IQOS 3 DUO and won’t start in this one.

Switching over from HEETS? Our HEETS to TEREA flavour match helps you find the closest taste, and the TEREA vs HEETS guide and device compatibility guide cover which device takes which stick.

Questions people ask us

Is the PRIME REMIX better than a normal ILUMA i PRIME?

It works the same. You’re paying for the limited edition finish and packaging, not for extra features.

Can I use HEETS in the PRIME REMIX?

No. It needs TEREA sticks. HEETS won’t heat in any ILUMA device.

How long can I pause a session?

Up to eight minutes, as long as you press pause within the first three minutes of the session.

Is it really a limited edition?

Yes, IQOS sells it as a Limited Edition. Once the stock is gone, it may not come back, so it’s worth asking us before you plan around it.

Do you deliver the PRIME REMIX outside Dubai?

Yes, across the UAE. In Dubai it usually reaches you within the hour. Sharjah and Ajman take one to two hours, and the other emirates usually get it within about 12 hours. You can pay cash on delivery anywhere we deliver.
